You nailed it in two sentences.

The political cancer diagnosis is clear. But the cure is clear in only one respect — it’s going to be painful as hell, and will likely require some extra-Constitutional measures.

The voting public could begin chemotherapy in November by reelecting Trump and returning large GOP majorities to both houses of Congress.

But I will be frank with all FReepers on this thread — I don’t trust our dumbed-down voting public to do the right thing.

And even with Trump in the White House and supermajorities on Capitol Hill, the left would still have the media, the entertainment industry, the educational establishment, and a rather astonishing share of business leaders who don’t have the sense or decency to defend the free enterprise system.

Even after all that DJT has accomplished — and suffered — I am pessimistic about the future of our nation. So, we get four more years of prosperity before the voters — on a media-stoked whim — decide to go Democrat in 2024?

Four years goes by awfully fast. I’m an old man and a threat to nobody, but I can easily imagine ending my days in a Democrat-run concentration camp.

These people aren’t misguided, they’re evil.

I too, am an old man, but when they come for me, they will find me dead, on a pile of empty brass.

Now some might think that is bravado, but if you look at any of the pictures of Auschwitz or Bergen-Belsan, it's not bravado when you have the capacity and the will to fight back.
