China’s acting ambassador to Israel is under fire for comparing coronavirus-related travel bans to the Jewish people being denied international refuge during the Holocaust.
Dai Yuming said Sunday at a press conference that “errors to limit or even ban entries of Chinese citizens” were not unlike “the old days, the old stories that happened in World War Two, the Holocaust, the darkest days in human history.
“Millions of Jewish were killed, and many, many Jewish were refused when they tried to seek assistance from other countries. Only very, very few countries opened their door, and among them is China,” said Dai, referring to Jews who sought refuge as the Nazis swept over Europe.

I was going to mention something like that...They won’t even let people go from town to town....They are chasing down Wuhan people across the countryside and arresting them...dragging them through the streets, burning them out of homes. Yeah...Just like the pograms.
So it is okay for the Chinese to limit travel from Wuhan to anywhere else, but we aren’t allowed to limit travel from Wuhan? (Or Bejing, Shanghai, or the dozens of other infected cities?)
The Hong Kong briefing said that of the five cities affected (this was more than a week ago), 70% of all flights from China to non-asian countries went through those five cities!
I know that more cities have been infected since then, so who knows what the percentage is now.
I wonder. All those Chinese muslims that were rounded up and sent off to the camps in the middle of nowhere. They might be breathing a sigh of relief.

I would not be surprises if the virus was INTENTIONALLY spread to those camps. It’s the sort of d*ck move the Chinese excel at. . .

The big guys in China want their families to be able to leave. A lot of them already have green cards or foreign citizenship so they can leave anyway. They will cash in all those anchor babies.

Irrelevant sidebar --during a visit years ago to Argos Books in Grand Rapids, I heard a story, about how the Japanese love Christmas, "but don't quite get it" -- a department store there had the baby in the manger display, surrounded by Disney's seven dwarves, and in the background, a cross with a crucified Santa.
Just imagine 125 million Japanese facepalms whenever some American talks about Zen.
