and the “backup system” (i.e., telephones), is failing, no doubt because they don’t have enough installed lines and operators at headquarters to simultaneously field over 1,681 calls from the precincts ... this is shaping up to be a monumental F-up, and it could be a LONG time before all 1,681 precincts have reported their results and the results verified ... i think the lesson here is that Dems shouldn’t be allowed to mess with complicated machinery like apps and smart phones ...
