Let them all stay away. Let the people see what petulant children they are. Better for POTUS as well
the constitution requires the president to report to the congress on the state of the un inion. It is implicitly unconstitutional for the congress to not receive the report; the purpose being improve the country.

Wouldn’t THAT be super? Leave every seat on that side of the House empty? Nothing would tell the citizens of the country better than that what their congress critters think of them AND THE COUNTRY they swore an oath to protect!!
I like that better than delivering the speech on a piece of paper to them SOME DAY!
