This is the best post here! You said it all. I missed his program today due to illness here in our home. Hubby has Parkinsons.. and I am moved to tears right now reading the news right here on FR.
Rush has kept me level headed when all around seemed chaotic. We LOVE YOU RUSH... Prayers being said.

I didn’t hear Rush today. I can’t listen as regularly as I did when we lived in CA and I could get him from 9 am until noon. It’s harder here in the Eastern time zone. I didn’t see the news until I opened an email from Joel Rosenberg that came in about 4:30.
I remember when I first heard about him - I always listened to talk radio in southern CA but it was the Brit, Michael Jackson - liberal. I didn’t know there was anything better on the radio. A friend gave me his name and said he was broadcasting from Sacramento and I should change stations. I did and never returned to the Brit - needless to say!

Prayers for you, your husband and your family. I am the caregiver for my husband also and sometimes we lose sight of whatever else may be going on out there! There are trials all around us.

At work I run into people who work at The National Cancer Institute.
They are beginning to believe ALL cancers are genetic. If you have the gene and are exposed to the stimulus to turn on the gene, you have a good chance of getting that cancer.
If you don’t have the mesothelioma gene, you could swim in asbestos everyday and never have a problem.
They are starting to research the stimulus for the different genes.
