I hope Trump opens his speech with something like this:
“Tonight I come before you, and the citizens of our beloved UNITED States of America, NOT as a man whose success was gained by being a politician who loves to give speeches, but as an entrepreneur who loves to BUILD things, and in doing so bring success to those who believe in the American dream of LIFE and LIBERTY for all citizens of this great nation. And by ALL, I mean the young, including the unborn, and the weary—tired of promises made and promises broken, and those yearning to be free of constant intrusion into their lives by a government that forgets they are BY THE PEOPLE and FOR THE PEOPLE!
Sure, I’m a New Yawka, whose words may sound a little rough, but—hey, whaddaya expect from a guy who made his mark working with construction workers, who—to be sure, might not use the King’s English—but who, well, heck, just look at what they’ve built, not only in NYC but throughout the great country.
So, distinguished audience, I ask you to judge my performance not by what I say or have said in some conversation, but by what I have done in the 3 short years of serving as the nation’s President.”

Then, he can list his accomplishments.

Then, he can list his accomplishments.

I guess we're in for a LONG speech then.

I like that. Why would these accomplishments anger some people?
