Is 2020 shaping up to be the year that celebrities let their MAGA pride flag fly for all to see liberal snowflakes be damned?
After Joy Villa wowed everyone in her pro-Trump dress at the Grammy Awards this past weekend, Frank Clark, defensive end for the Kansas City Chiefs, wore some Trump swag of his own during a Super Bowl press conference. The big moment went viral on social media Thursday when Benny Johnson shared footage of the moment on Twitter. Take a look:
Needless to say, Clarks good natured swag caused a mass triggering of liberal SJWs across Twitter.
But he wasnt the only Chiefs player to anger the left.
Chiefs offensive linemen Stefen Wisniewski quoted the Book of Job in an on-air sports interview from the Super Bowl field, sharing his faith in Jesus:
444 people are talking about this And even Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes raised the ire of liberals including Black Lives Matter radicals when a VERY un-P.C. quote he tweeted years ago about the Trayvon Martin case surfaced for the first time.
Mahomes defended George Zimmerman and said he did not commit any crime in the death of Martin. A jury later ruled Zimmerman acted in self-defense.
Mahones was only 18 at the time he posted the tweets, which were recently deleted.
For the bi-racial Mahomes (his father is Black) to do this has outraged the left, who have demanded his apology (he has thus far refused to do so).
Mahomes did not support Zimmerman, but just said (correctly) that he did not commit a crime in the death.
As of print time, no other Kansas City palyers have pissed off any liberals, but we will let you know.
In addition, as to a Trump White House invitation, no Chiefs players said they would refuse to go if they won.
Last year, prior to the Super Bowl game in which they lost to the New England Patriots, Rams head coach Sean McVay said the team was undecided on whether or not they would visit the White House.
Last week, 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman said that he most likely would not visit the White House if his team squeaked out a Sunday victory.
I havent thought about it, Sherman told San Francisco Chronicles Scott Ostler regarding a White House visit. Weve got a long way between now and then, but I doubt it.
I know the feeling. I always cheer even when/if my team runs it on in for a score, even if falling down might be what the coach wants.
If he doesn't score after getting a first down, there was absolutely zero chance of SF winning, Chiefs go in 'victory formation'. Because he scored, SF still had a slight chance if they scored quickly and then recovered the onsides kick.
Oh good grief. Football is not a sport for pussies.
It’s not about being a pussy, it’s about situational awareness.
Cool!
And that was days Before the game!
(oops meant to post this yesterday)
I know. I put this in general - chat. Somebody took it out there and into breaking news.
Yep...I told the wife, that was the game right there!
Sherman is long past his shelf-life and hopefully will now retire.

I imagine you have seen it by now, and the video.
my son is “half black” and he is conservative as they come. He’s also in the Air Force honor guard. He does NOT agree with Kapernick but instead follows Ben Shapiro.
It is obvious I missed, big time, in the point I was trying to make. I was trying to be facetious about how the writer seemed it was necessary to label Mahomes as “half black”. Pointing out the other “half black” in recent history was never labeled so and whereas Mahomes agreed that Zimmerman was not guilty the “black” president lauded Trayvon Martin.
I fell short and apologize.
It is obvious you are proud of your son as well you should be as a parent regardless of what “color” of skin he has.
One of my all time bugaboo’s has been in the way “we” identify people by their “color”.
There is one race - the human race - and we are all part of it.
Hes a better talker than he is a player. The guy IS intelligent but hes just not a top tiered player any more.
It really bugs me that we have this “half black” and similar designations that are so frequently thrown out as something that matters or is relevant when someone accomplishes something. Bugs the crap out of me.
It’s demeaning to the accomplishments of the individual.
PS Good tag line
Not to worry, Richard. You still don’t have to think about it! But you’ll probably be thinking about that blown coverage in the 4th Quarter the whole offseason!
It’s bad karma to refuse an invitation that hasn’t yet been earned.
You can’t please everyone, so you better please yourself.
oh no offense taken whatsover! my son has heard some terrible things said to him by liberals whites!
