Definitely a new low in American national politics. Pelosi must be extremely bipolar. One day she's wearing funeral clothes because it's such a somber event. The next she's giving out pens in celebration like the House dems did something great and wonderful. In the meantime Pelosi and the rest of her bipolar gaggle are completely clueless about the optics of these extremes.
