They can impeach him again but they’d need to follow the Rodino rule.

A partisan impeachment is Democrats banging their heads on a stone wall.

I think the POTUS’ great defense team could make the case for attempted double jeopardy, and most people would understand that.

Schitt has no credibility as a prosecutor, both Dersh and Roberts b*tch-slapped him over the Senate witness issue. Schitt said Dershowitz doesn’t know anything about the Constitution (LOL!) , is Schitt going to say that about Roberts LMAO?

Schitt will have to invent an entirely new “high crime and misdemeanor” before he can try to impeach Trump again. But he did such a terrible incompetent job on this impeachment, I’m not sure the Vile Botoxian would appoint Schitt or Lard@ss as House managers again.
