I think it’s too late for Biden. I also think they intended to have a brokered convention by taking Biden out, but they bungled the timing and now Bernie has the momentum.

But no where near the momentum DJT had at the same time in 2016 and they have proportional voting in their primaries, nearly guaranteeing a contested convention.

At this point a brokered convention will cause a permanent split with the large socialist wing of the Democrat dodo
I see a possibility that a socialist candidate might cause the Democrat candidate to come in third this year and that socialist candidates will be taking House and Senate seats from the Democrats by 2024.
If they allow Bernie the candidacy they can arrange a crushing defeat for him and kill his movement. But they will pay dearly in congressional races in November if they do.

Trump will get 50% of the black vote against Bloomberg, as they DESPISE Bloomberg for what he did in NYC (locking up felons, regardless of color).

I agree and the plan was to have Skunk Cabbage ride in and take the nomination on the Second (or later) ballot. But now Bernie could EASILY lock things up at the rate he’s going and now Skunk Cabbage and the DNC have to work really hard to stop Bernie...and it just may be too late.
