I’ve had (thankfully) little contact with the law and judges. I wasn’t aware that one could “refuse” to go to court to be arraigned. Is court optional now?
I am SO old and out of the loop. I had no idea you could just refuse to appear. I also just learned this week that movie tickets now have seating assignments. No idea how many years that’s been the case. Sucks getting old...
