No - the reporter said he was an Arizona Resident. Probably moved down there from Wisconsin to be closer to his parents after they retired.
The reporter said he was an Arizona resident. But that doesn’t necessarily mean he wasn’t there illegally.
More likely a child of Obama’s policies than a transplant from Wisconsin.
