And every time I see this posted here, I wonder why there isn’t a something.something.congress.gov website where we can look up this important part of the Congressional Record.
(I say that not to impugn this - it’s important stuff. However if I want to share this with friends, I would prefer to share it from an ‘official’ source)
Why don’t you find it on a better source...and share it here.
I searched for the original source and went to the Congressional Record indicated and found NOTHING about this being read as cited. It seems that somebody wanted more publicity.
After further searching, I read that this is solely the opinion of Cleon Skowsen. It is not anything published by the Communist Party.
