You cannot have documents or witnesses in a trial that have not been vetted. They did it in the Kavanaugh hearing and it was nonsense. They have documents that have not been released and are still the result of a secret hearing...that is not DUE PROCESS! Vetting is how to get at the truth. No vetting is how to introduce political things of dubious veracity.
