LIke his fabricated phone call of Trump to Zelensky, both are spoken on the floor of Congress and both will be ensconced forever in the Congressional Record. I read an article just yesterday about psychopaths. Estimates are that 1% of humans are psychopaths. With about 70 billion humans on the planet, that means there are about 700 million psychopaths. They tend to rise high in many fields simply because they have no conscience, tend to be charming and manipulative, and will do whatever necessary to get what they want. Schiff definitely has psychopathic characteristics.
