He is half right; it is bogus. Mostly due to the House not allowing cross-examination, not hearing from the whistle faker, holding everything contrary in secret, and not having any crimes in their articles.
A trial does not cure a case brought by prosecutorial misconduct, it only magnifies the damage to the innocent, and demonstrates an even more out of control government.
What Congress is doing is contemptible.
