Texas 28th district has been historically VERY Blue. Election 2016 it was 66% Dems to 31 Republicans
This is like turning California Red type of change unless I'm missing something?

Real Americans are sick of the BS from dems. I’m moving to Central TX soon to get away from the cancer that has infected my state of CO.

What are you talking about? This is a historically Republican suburban district the Dems thought they could flip. They failed, badly, suggesting that the 2018 results are not carrying forward to 2020. That’s great news for us, but it’s still holding R territory not flipping D territory.

Wrong area sir. The link you posted is down in the valley that has always been blue. Its heavily hispanic. The election was in the Katy/Fort Bend County area, boarders Houston. Just south west of Houston/Harris County. I posted it because there is a lot of Californians..Yankee’s moving to the area. Just not enough to screw things up...yet. Its insane that they create the problem that they are running from. White people vote with moving vans but to many are moving here with the mental disorder called liberalism.

Unfortunately, Congressional and Texas House (i.e. TX state legislature) district boundaries are not the same. This is the electoral history of the district Gates won:

This is the history of the Congressional district:
