Exactly right. The attendees left an uncharacteristic mess for reasons that the opportunistic media didn’t explain. The pattern for years has been that — unlike leftists — conservatives clean up after themselves. In this case there were circumstances that made that difficult or impossible. I consider this mystery solved and conservatives’ reputation for conscientiousness intact.

Provide a way to dispose of things or retrieve them later - if you don’t provide either, this is the expected outcome.
