The number of people in serious and critical condition in Hubei province alone has risen to 1,094, up from 988 yesterday. Nationwide, at least 1,476 people in serious/critical condition
106 more in serious or worse condition
but 1120 new cases . 9.4% ratio new
overall 1094/5806 18.8% of total patients in serious or worse
so todays number is well off the overall average...so either
1)more people are improving in the hospital (ie serious to fair)
2) they are now testing the more mild cases
