And it is being covered up with the aide of political hack John Roberts, a corrupt man.

Two can play at this game. The folks that showed Bolton’s dirt can hit Roberts.

Oh for crying out loud. We've won. There is nothing more to do.

Really, you want the whistleblower called at this point? You want to screw around when we have a sure victory? Roberts is doing us a favor. Getting hung up on the whistleblower is a distraction, and just delays our victory.

“And it is being covered up with the aide of political hack John Roberts, a corrupt man.”

Another of the Bush family’s gifts that keep on giving.

It might have been better had Gore won in 2000. He likely would not have invaded Iraq or Afghanistan and the national debt would be $5 trillion less plus many young American soldiers who died in the Middle East would have lived to see their children grow up. If the Republican majority had held in Congress, there would have been little Gore could have done legislatively. In fact, if the GOP had held the Congress with a Democrat president and no Middle East war, it is possible the balanced budget of the last two Clinton years would have been preserved. In the 2000’s we could have started paying down the accumulated national debt instead of doubling it.

The 2004 election would likely have been Gore versus McCain with a likely Gore victory unless the economy was in the tank. We would have been rid of McCain then, since if McCain had run for President he would not have run for reelection to the Senate in 2004. A loss to Gore in 2004 would have put him out of the Senate as well.

By 2008 the country would be tired of 16 years of Democrat rule. Lieberman, Gore’s VP, would have been the Dem candidate, not Obama. The GOP race would have been a free for all. If the conomic collapse of 2008 had occurred under Gore, the Dems would have been blamed by the people and a GOP candidate would have been elected with large majorities in the House and Senate.
