No thanks, I'd rather they just ban animals altogether. I don't want someone with unlimited cash or points, trying to game the system by claiming some non-existent mental condition.

what about people that are forced to sit next to these animals who are allergic to animals? Guess their needs don’t matter?

And to that point, I was on a flight recently where someone was allergic to peanuts, so they made a special announcement asking everyone to refrain from eating anything with peanuts, and that they would not be handing out any peanuts.

I may be a minority opinion, but, if you are too fragile to get on an airplane without your emotional support peacock, maybe you are too fragile to get on an airplane in the first place.

I have to agree.

Helper animals like seeing eye, hearing ear or seizure dogs, even helper monkeys for people with MS are ok as they are trained to behave.

Emotional support animals are generally not trained in any way.
