The deceased supposedly was in the front seat according to first accounts but I have heavy distrust of the proffered narrative.
Someone above in thread said that it was later disproven, but I didn’t see it myself.
Working overnight does wonders for what you can see.

If I'm correct about cameras and microphones there'd *at least* be audio recordings.If I'm wrong it seems that you'd start the investigation looking at the cop's record and the dead guy's record. What was he arrested for? Did he have warrants out..and if so,for what? Any convictions...and if so,for what? Did the dead guy have drugs in his system...meth or coke for example?
And yes,if the cop had any kind of bad history....many complaints for example...that would be of interest.So would the cop having a history of drugs or alcohol.
