I still cannot find out if the house mangers are free to lie as they are when they speak in the House Chambers. It is my understanding that the Senators and the defense team had to take an oath specifically for the trial. If the house managers did not have to take this oath, then they are covered by the Constitution privilege and can continue to LIE at will.
Does anyone here know for certain about this?

Yes, they are.
The senators' oath is to "do impartial justice according to the Constitution and laws," which they will certainly read as not including telling the truth. Only witnesses, none of which are present at this point, are sworn that the evidence they will give is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
