I disagree. I think this is a great format. Notice how Philbin could IMMEDIATELY correct Jeffries contention (lie) that Trump's people did not give legal citations for refusal to respond to subpoena.
Contrast with the EXACT same arguments occurring over a span of two days, where Jeffries lies stood unchallenged for an extended period.
This quick issue-by-issue view of the case is good for the folks who don't hold so much in memory - which is most of us.

I see some HUGE and powerful arguments in team Trump's presentation that have gone with ZERO remark since, for example showing that the whistleblower, isn't. You can bet this will come up, and people will notice it the second time around, just because it is embodied in a Q&A.
