You refused to answer question on whistleblower bias. Is House saying whistleblower is fact witness, and could be involved in Biden’s prior actions? Why wasn’t ICIG report released to us?

I wish Philbin was handling the response, not Sekulow. Philbin knows this point like the back of his hand.
The so-called whistelblower is not covered by the statute. Counsel doesn’t rely only on the OLC opinion. It also relies on the text of the statute.
I expect this “hidden witness” issue is going to keep popping up. It is the thinnest part of the house managers’ skin.
Anyone noticing Nadler and Dersh? They’re sitting in almost the same exact position, looking like bookends....

LOL...Schiff is concerned about innuendo...Hypocrisy!...Sekulow is setting Schiff for brains straight. Once again, Schiff has enabled the defense to use his own arguments against him. Certainly, the POTUS has a right to the same protections as his accusers.
Would we then have a conflict between the speech and debate clause and the right of the Senate to conduct the impeachment trial as it sees fit? Would the question be decided by, Senate, CJ Roberts presiding, or whole Supreme Court?

He got around to answering the whisleblower bias issue. He said whicsleblower was deemed "credible" by the ICIG. He did not elaborate, because do so exposes the meaning of "credible" in the context of the statute. But even over top of that, there is not IG over POTUS! The so-called whistleblower is a leaker!
Philbin answer this like a pro. Sekulow acts like he is unaware of this fact.

I did not notice that , but I did notice Schiff often sits in what we referred to as the Liar’s position when I was still working. Arms crossed tightly over his chest and leaning slightly forward. It was a major tell.
