Philbin's answers are always neutral to the law and a fact-based rebuttal of House arguments.
Schiff's answers, so far, are continued attacks against the President and not defenses of the actions that the House has taken.

Technically, they did ask Bolton to testify. Bolton’s lawyer told them he wanted the court to decide if he should obey a subpoena or executive privilege and the Dems said “forget it”.

That would be the reason Bolton and Cupperman went to court. I don’t believe PDJT demanded executive privilege. I could be wrong but the first step is to have the court rule if the subpoena was valid and then the president would formally invoke executive privilege. Again, I could be wrong on that
