Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s identical twin brother Army Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, a senior ethics lawyer for the NatSec Council is in charge of reviewing book approvals, according to sources who spoke to Breitbart News.
Recall, Alexander Vindman, who leaked Trump’s call to the whistleblower because he disagreed with Trump’s foreign policy, showed up to testify in the House hearings against Trump in his uniform.
Vindman testified that his twin brother witnessed Trump officials move the transcript of Trump’s call to Zelensky to a top-secret server.

Vindman’s twin USSR-Ukrainian born brother leaked it. He had the manuscript in his grubby little fat hands to “vet” it for violations of the NSC guidelines. It was presumed classified.
So did Bolton. If you're trying to sell your "trash Trump" book and make it stand out from all the other "trash Trump" books on the market then how are you going to do that? One way would be to testify as a witness at the impeachment, so Bolton offered early on to do that. But as time dragged on it appeared more and more unlikely that witnesses would be called. So how to change that? Leak parts of the book that would regenerate the call to have Bolton appear.
This is dollars and cents alone. Bolton is a media whore out for as big a payday as he can get. He leaked it.
