No it isn’t. Feinstein couldn’t be further from the truth. If she listened to anything POTUS’s defense team so eloquently explained, she would understand that the criteria for impeachment are enumerated and limited. They were against subjective and ill defined criteria such as “character” and “mental fitness”.
