Hillary isn’t going to run again, I don’t care what she says.
She knows, as well as any honest Democrat knows, snowballs have a better chance in hell than any Democrat has of winning the White House in 2020.
Short of a complete economic meltdown, or some other black swan event of that magnitude, no Democrat is beating Trump. NONE.
Hillary is a 2 time loser, losing twice to neophytes even though she had been plotting and working to be President her entire adult life. She sure as hell doesn’t want a third strike beside her name. So, let her stroke her ego by telling her fans she wants to run and thinks she could win... if that’s what it takes for her to stroke her bruised ego.. but she’s not getting in.
