Senate Impeachment Trial LIVE - day 7
Said a prayer for the same thing.
No, because he is not a substantive decider in either venue. His role in the senate trial is perfunctory, and his role in FISC is no more than appointment of confirmed federal judges to part-time duty at FISC. I think the turnover rate is one per year, more or less, by statute.
“this impeachment folly is a Democrat-run administrative assassination attempt on President Trump.”
I’m waiting for someone to say the word, “lynching”. It is worse. With lynchings some people were guilty; Trump is not.
Thank you so much for this information.
I tuned in earlier and discovered it was from yesterday and quickly went to another feed/channel that was live (today).
Roberts role is do nothing and do it well.
I do hope that he manages to mention that a FISA warrant on a single person allowed surveillance on tens, hundreds or even thousands of other people. Conservative pundits and politicians have been terrible about informing Americans about this. Almost no one knows about the two-hop nature of FISA warrant spying.
Roberts role is do nothing and do it well.

He’s also chewing-gum and rudeness monitor, making sure that when he admonishes one side for being rude, he also admonishes the other side, even if they weren’t rude.

Ping.
Wallace has been on my do not watch list for some time, but I did watch him with Dershowitz on his Sunday program. My judgment about him was reinforced, he has gone all in for the political activism wing of journalism. Of course, it has nothing to do with journalism, but all of them still pretend to be reporters. Moreover, under the new management over at Fox News, he has been turned loose and he is bringing along new acolytes from the new staff. They are doomed.
President Trump Trump is like most executives. When they are with people they should be able to trust, they throw out thoughts (bounce against a wall). We know he hates corruption and wants it stopped.
Nope just have their hands in someone else's pockets.
Darn auto complete
Trying to be fair.
Yes, this is a very good presentation.
As I noted yesterday, this is only good for the history books. I doubt a single mind is persauded by the truth anymore.
Chris Wallace tapped the black three-ring binder resting on the corner of his desk. Ive got some doozies in there, he said, eyebrow raised provocatively. The unlabeled binder holds the veteran Fox News anchors questions for Thursdays Republican primary debate, for which he will serve as a moderator. Clamped inside it are newspaper clippings, memos to his researcher and outlines of what the hodgepodge of presidential candidates vying to top the GOP field have been saying about the issues and about each other.
It has become a primary-season ritual for Wallace, a fixture at Fox News for more than a decade, to challenge and goad the packed roster of Republican candidates. But this debate in Cleveland, the first of the 2016 election season, may be in a league of its own.
