IMO, we should publicly warn that every time this sort of thing happens, casualties or not, we will take out a significant piece of Iranian infrastructure, chosen for high economic pain, and long repair time, but low casualties.

Then do it.

Or, every time, casualties or not, we destroy every Basij base, camp and barracks in a randomly selected major Iranian city, without warning.

Then let the population take care of business without the mercenary thugs to keep them down.

My son was a Marine Security Guard at two embassies. They are sitting ducks if the local government doesn’t provide external security. We saw that earlier this month.
