This is the NY Times. For all anyone knows, they made up the quotes they attribute to Bolton. If Yevgeny Vindman is the leaker, fire him and arrest him on his way out the door. But I suspect all that was leaked was the fact that a Bolton book was being reviewed. The Times did its mendacious best to make the “leaks” fit the agenda du jour. It fits too snugly and is without context.
