From what I read, obunga’s Grandmother worked in the SS office in HI. And she chose a man’s SS number from CT. The man in CT never collected any SS and I think that made it easier for her to hijack the man’s number and give it to her daughter’s bastard child.

And wasn’t it interesting when obunga’s Grandmother passed, only obunga and his lawyers went to the funeral. Big Mike and the fake kids stayed home.
