There are people who I think of as true transgenders:
- Intersexed people (having primary characteristics of both sexes).
- Kleinfelders (sp?) syndrome: XXY, XXYY, XXXYY, etc.
- Androgen insensitivity syndrome: XY, with testes, but fundamentally women due to a lack of testosterone receptors in their cells.
- XX males, in which a component usually found on the Y chromosome exists on one or both X chromosomes, making affected people fundamentally men.
- XYY males, who some say have a higher propensity to commit crimes.
- Turner's syndrome (one X).

What you’ve listed are not “other genders”, they are unfortunate birth defects.

That is very interesting that there are so many conditions like this, I really had no idea about that.
But I’m almost 100% sure that NONE of the trannies we’ve heard of have ANY of those situations happening.
