Philbin making the VERY compelling case that the subpoenas were not valid because the HOR never voted to give subpoena power to Shiffs committee.

THAT ALONE should be the end of this farce. There can be no “obstruction of Congress” (for refusing to respond to invalid subpoenas) if the subpoenas were invalid to begin with.

Refreshing, and devastating to the Dems. But the media will ignore him and move on with Orange Man Bad. I hope enough senators listen to him though and tune out the background insanity.
