Why has Adam Schiff not been expelled from Congress ?

For the same reason President Donald J Trump has been impeached. The democrats control the House of Representatives. Even if they didn’t, it takes a 2/3rds majority to vote to expel a member. The majority of the House believes Schiff is right and that we, the people are wrong.
