Clinton appeared to steady herself as she came down a set of stairs by what appeared to be a loading dock behind the venue. She was surrounded by aides and her security detail and held on to the railing.
It may not be her notorious ill health (besides, hasn't that been debunked and adjudicated?) -- it may be there was a big sale on French wine.

I encourage you to read Edward Klein’s books on the Clintons (and/or the Obamas). As sensible souls we can stipulate that there is some fiction in each but the stories of Bill’s exasperation at attempting to assist Hillary in her campaign(s) rings true. She treats him like @!#$# just as she does everyone else.
What also rings true is that the two of them have lived in separate homes and separate states since leaving the WH. Yes Bill flew his girlfriend down to the NY home a few times as the Service played lookout but he mostly goes to Arkansas and elsewhere, holed up in condos playing golf and entertaining young cookies. Disgusting all round.
It’s possible the altitude in Park City got to her, especially if she had a cocktail.
I wonder if the 6 or 8 people who disapprove of the scathing comments are the same people.

Equally humorous are the ‘security’ people whose sole objective is blocking (they think) the view of any video crews or bystanders on the sidewalk. That female agent thinks she is clever and effective. LOL.
But it’s dangerous in a way - this is a sick, sick woman physically and mentally who would have been completely incapable of holding office no matter what her politics may have been.

The Former Presidents Act (known also as FPA; 3 U.S.C. § 102) is a 1958 U.S. is a federal law that provides its lifetime benefits to former presidents of the United States who have not been removed from office. In 1997, it was reduced to 10 years for presidents taking office after 1997. Congress and Obama just put it totally back in 2012.
It was done as part of their pension program. But if you want to complain about something, retiring presidents are paid, as of 2018, and besides lifetime security and office space, over $207K a year just for being a former president and doing nothing if they choose. Great work if you can find it.
