Actually considered it a couple of years ago. Have friends who moved to Gulf Shores area. Even though I officially retired a few years back, I still pick up a few bucks doing side gigs which is really decent money for little effort. It keeps me in beer money and greens fees.
Also if I moved to Alabama, I would have to leave the home of perennial football power Illinois and live around those mediocre programs like Alabama and Auburn.. LOLOLOLOL
