Really? How can the AP call it a false narrative when Joe Biden bragged about it on TV?
My question is, how can they call themselves a source of news when they lie right in our faces?
The leftist media's initial method of discrediting the anti-Biden "narrative" was to pretend that Biden's speech to the Council on Foreign Relations simply did not exist, by not mentioning it in coverage of Ukraine-related events. This is called "lying by omission." As a propaganda technique, lying by omission works very well on uninformed voters.
However, since many millions of Americans have now personally viewed, read, or heard the supposedly nonexistent speech, leftists need more than lies by omission. So they pretend that the anti- Biden "narrative" is false simply because Biden's CFR speech contains no admission that it is true. And it IS true that Biden did not admit that he insisted that Ukrainian Prosecutor Viktor Shokin be fired in order to protect Hunter Biden. That is exactly what Shokin himself has stated that he believes, but the AP does not care about that, so it declares the matter closed. For anyone with a measurable IQ, the matter is not closed.
No one but Joe Biden knows what was going through Joe's mind when, as Vice President of the United States, he demanded that the state prosecutor of a foreign government be fired within six hours -- a shocking, extraordinary, probably unique event in history. The Associated Press does not know what was going through Biden's mind, nor does Trump, nor do I. That's why we need an investigation. However, the Associated Press implies that it DOES know. It knows that Biden's motives were pure!
Similarly, the AP has never heard the term "appearance of impropriety," nor does it know what the term means, but it does know that if it exists at all, the term has been discredited.
