The buck does indeed stop at the President’s desk.
He has been hampered in that the GOP Senate has made it clear that they will not confirm anyone who would really shake things up.
Look what they did to his DNI choice.

A guy was murdered in his cell and the warden gets a good job. The president has to step into that one and someone at the bureau of prisons needs to be fired.
But like Clinton, Obama and the others seditionists nothing happens. Where’s the investigation report on Bidens that should have been started 2 years ago when he confessed on video?
