They probably forgot a couple of zero’s
39 in a country of 1.2 billion. How scary. France must have 100 million people. 3 cases in a country of 100 million. How frightening. Pretty soon they will have 10 or 20 and then they will have 30. And then none. I guess it gives people something to worry about.
Seems to be 2.7% to 3% fatality range - not a good thing if they can’t control/treat/prevent it from spreading.
