how is it free?
Doesn’t matter if it were free. You can’t get the silver particles to where they’re needed (virons floating through the air or on random surfaces). Ingesting CS gives no benefit. Silver preparations do work to prevent or treat topical infections, but useless for internal infections including in the lungs.
