Dem impeachment witness Vindman unloads on Blackburn as Dems wrap 3rd day of Trump's trial

As the third day of the ongoing impeachment trial of President Trump wrapped up in the Senate chamber, most of the drama was elsewhere -- with one witness for the Democrats accusing a Republican senator of "defamation" and "slander," and Republicans vowing to aggressively highlight alleged corruption by Hunter Biden.

The off-field spat began Thursday evening on Twitter, when Tennessee GOP Sen. Marsha Blackburn quoted the commanding officer of Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman as saying that Vindman was a "political activist in uniform."

Vindman's legal team fired back within hours.

With those milky white hands, that look like they've never done any manual labor, he could be a hand model.

"This difficult moment in our country calls for seriousness and seriousness of purpose," David Pressman, a lawyer with Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP representing Alexander Vindman, said in a statement obtained by Fox News. "Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman has sacrificed enormously for our country. He believes in our country. And he believes in our country’s great institutions, including the United States Senate."

Now that's a diaper load right there!

It might have gotten half a chuckle way back but after hearing it over, and over and over and over, and over and over and over, and over and over and over, etc, I’m about to throw my radio through the wall. Then I figured I need the radio so I just turn him off. Just like when he says ALEXANDRIA OCASIO CORTEZ (with a fake accent) over, and over and over and over, and over and over and over, and over and over and over, etc. Between that and hearing about fags and other assorted perverts I’m not listening to a lot of rush anymore.

To each his or her own. All that stuff makes me laugh each time he says it.

“Vindman’s legal team fired back within hours.”

If he followed military protocol and chain of command he would not need a legal team.

There are things that were a topic a single week over 20 years ago that he created one of those verbal memes for that he will still say if something related to the topic comes up - only someone who was listening during that particular moment would understand why he did it. LOL

Actually, you have it reversed. A legal team has him.

“Dem impeachment witness Vindman unloads on Blackburn...”

What a lie! Fox News should be ashamed.

It was his legal babysitters that he has surrounded himself with that made some pathetic comments. Hardly unloaded.

Do the math folks ... this CLOWN would have been a Captain when Zero became president. Given his lefty proclivities, probable PHD in butt-kissing and the “Obamaization” of the military, he got promoted to 0-4 and then 0-5 (thereby fulfilling the ‘Peter Principle’ of being promoted one rank beyond his competence.)

Given his knowledge of the Ukranian language and (presumably) its history, it was an easy play for him to convince senior officers of his supposed ‘special knowledge, talents and abilities’ when the Russia-Ukraine situation blew up into war.

THAT, I am almost certain, is how LTC ‘Pudgy’ (aka the ‘chow thief’ according to comrades at an earlier assignment) got his rank.

What he is, however, is a guy trying to play the ‘old country’ vs his ‘new country’ for maximum personal gain.

I have ZERO doubt - NONE - that he has divided personal national loyalties.

Not surprised if his family members used the relationship to get $$$$ for themselves from the uber-corrupt Ukranian government.

I have seen his kind - a game player full of his own overblown sense of purpose and self-worth.

As someone who advised and translated for Task Force commanding generals for a YEAR (including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs) during another overseas US involvement in the “East”, I observed that such “dual hat” prima donnas are quite common in that type of environment. When you are suddenly a scarce and wanted commodity like a uniformed native speaker in a nation we suddenly have an interest it, you can parlay that historical accident for personal advancement quite easily - even if what you actually have to offer isn’t worth much more than a hill of beans.

Suspect Ukraine is no different than the countries that I was involved in operations in. I’ve never met or heard of Vindman before this sorry episode - but “I KNOW HIM”, if you get my meaning.

"fat slop that could not pass a physical... paper pusshing dweeb with delusions of grander."

He had to have a Daddy in the military taking care of him, making sure he advanced. I wonder who it could his military mentor have been? From September 2015 to July 2018, he served on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon. U.S. Army General Martin Dempsey was Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from Dempsey assumed his assignment as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from October 1, 2011 and stepped down from the Chairmanship on September 25, 2015. That means that Vindman came in some time before Dempsey's departure. Dempsey has been very verbal online against President Trump. I'd say Dempsey could be Vindman's military Daddy.
