So how many other investigations and FISA warrants are also unfounded and not properly predicated? More than a few I STRONGLY suspect.

Yes. Egg all over their face. But, no harm, no foul.

The Deep State’s weapon to take out any leader does NOT have to gave laser precision if the blast zone is ten kilometers.

Close is good enough. My gosh it is horseshoes.

OK so lack of probably cause, what happens now>

People’s lives were ruined, does Justice just say sorry, we will not do it again. or are people and their careers going to be held accountable and made examples of?

1) If Carter Page was never an agent of a foreign power, NONE of the FISA warrants were ever valid. DoJ gets an “F” in logic if they can’t figure that out.

That is a bit circular ... to obtain the warrant, DOJ was supposed to have information that would lead a reasonable person to conclude the Carter might be an agent of a foreign power and that this needed investigation. IOW, assuming they did at least have a reason to believe it, the first warrant would be valid (barring malfeasance which we know occurred!). At the moment that they determined he was NOT an agent, that investigation should have been closed and no further warrant applications should have ensued.

Put another way, an investigation can be valid even if it, in the end, disproves the original accusation.
