The Space Development Agency wants to move fast.
The agency, which was established less than a year ago, wants dozens of satellites providing initial capabilities by fiscal year 2022 and nearly 1,000 satellites on orbit in fiscal year 2026.

The last SpaceX launch had 60 satellites on it. That makes it only 17 launches to get 1000. But depends on the satellite size as to how many launched at one time.
