Yes, he was shaky and forgetful when answering the hard questions but when answering softball questions from his buddy Democrats he was sharp and quick. It was obvious even to a mildly discerning viewer.
Sounds like the Democrats are getting their ducks in a row to start a new special counsel investigation because Mueller’s investigation is tainted because he had cognitive decline/dementia/etc.
Yeah, he realized he was stuck in the middle of a coup. That would make your motivation wane a bit.

Mueller has always been corrupt.
This was a combination of:
1) The Case Sucked, and everyone knew there was no collusion.
2) The DNC plan was to drag it on and on, and effect the 2018 races - which it did. Mueller was exhausted and did not like being the patsy on this DNC bucket of shit. It was 33 months of puking the same thing every morning.
