Can Schiff be brought up on perjury charges if he is caught in a lie? Or, is he free to lie and lie ( otherwise, known as speaking for him)
I wonder about this as well. Does the Constitutional protection provided when a Congressman speaks from the House or Senate cover a Representative in the Senate? If the Dems can continue to lie freely, then this impeachment is even more of a farce than I already considered it.
