“Off&On” is the more typical phrase here in “Nawthun Vuginya”, least ways that’s what the Missus always tells me...
I say “off & on” usually when I’m talking about something abstract. When I’m talking about something literally turning on & off (like FR this morning) I use more literal terminology.
