He backed it at the time but said in a June debate that he wouldn't necessarily reenter the deal. On Monday Booker announced he was dropping out of the race. And what about the Democrat leading the polls? Obama’s Vice President Joe Biden is proud of his role pushing the JCPOA...
Cory Booker backed it at the time, even though he understood the nature of the JCPOA? Nope, sorry, the narrative is, he was rejected by white Democrats because they're a bunch of crackers. Thanks nickcarraway.

I think the whole agreement was unconstitutional. All treaties are subject to ratification by 2/3s of the Senate. It was never even submitted for ratification.
