She’ll be bopping her own dumb head with that gavel.
His big sin was hat he (legally) took diplomacy away from the diplomats.
Don’t even watch that part.
There seems to be a missing verb there.
You might as well be telling that to 6 year olds at this point. Some people on FR would rather pout than understand a simple thing like you said.

“I guess there is a 1976 act that prohibits the Executive from stopping funds from Congress?”
Funds authorized by Congress must be delivered to recipient within a certain time frame. In the case of Ukraine the aid was sent within the time frame.
Should the President believe the funds should either not be sent or they should be held pending an investigation he must go back to the Congress for authorization to delay or cancel the aid.

So the law was NOT broken, because the funds were delivered.
I am of the opinion that the President’s team should have been afforded the same privileges enjoyed by the House Judiciary chair during the house hearings.
I also believe that the focus should be “No crime”. Start with the fact that there is an existing treaty between the US and Ukraine that specifically says that it is LEGAL for either to ask the other for assistance with investigations.
The GOP Senate should be submitting motions to exclude any Senator who has run for the presidency in 2020 from deliberations as it is a clear conflict of interest and violates Senate code of conduct.
Got it. thanks
